In which practically nothing happens

For most of this week we had one family member or another sick. Because of this we didn't do most of the things that we had scheduled to do this week.

Mike has been toilet training jello for the last few weeks, and this week we had a major breakthrough and the cat has started pooping on the toilet. So far he has only pooped on the toilet three times, however Mike is confident that he is going to only poop on the toilet in the future.

We were invited over to have a pie Day celebration at one of our friend's house, however we didn't do it because of all of the sicknesses.

Sarah is also continuing to practice for her play - this week they started to do their practices on the actual stage so it is getting close to the time where they will have the play.

Timmy and Gideon also both got goal day parties this week: both of them decided to have chicken nuggets and french fries as their meal, however, Gideon also wanted to have Sprite and sherbet floats.

Mike wants to have a goal day party for teaching the cat how to poop on the potty.

For our date night, Mike and Alison played a board game while the kids watched a movie. We also watch a movie together on Saturday night (a really old movie called the court jester, which was pretty funny).

Finally, the weather has been exceedingly clement as of late, so so on Saturday when the girls went to the library the boys went out for a walk in the park and wandered around with the dog for a while. This time of year the Utah weather isn't that bad. We need to get back into the habit of going on family walks.
